R & J Painting
I designed and built a website for R & J Painting, a commercial painting company in Northern Nevada, and continue to manage website updates as an ongoing client. Starting with a blank Squarespace template, I developed the layout and visual direction to showcase the company’s work and create a clear, engaging browsing experience.
The Design
The homepage features project photography, organized galleries and clear navigation to highlight the company’s commercial, multifamily and warehouse painting projects. I made the decisions regarding typography, spacing, content and page flow to create a cohesive design that reflects the company’s professional image.
Process
I built the website in Squarespace, working from a blank template to develop the layout and organize the content. I also photographed project locations and created drone photography and video to showcase completed work and provide strong visual content for the website.
To complete the project, I sourced and ordered custom heat transfers and applied them to merchandise, giving me experience with both the design and production sides of creating branded apparel.
